MAK Consultants LLC is a group of seasoned finance professionals — Chartered Accountants and operating finance leaders who have spent their careers on both sides of the table: auditing and advising businesses, and running finance functions from the CFO seat.
Our principals bring more than two decades across finance, audit, and advisory, including Big Four audit experience under US GAAP and Indian GAAP and over fifteen years leading finance for technology and SaaS businesses — executing acquisitions and divestitures, building globally distributed finance teams, and working daily with bankers, private equity funds, investors, and counsel. That operating experience is what we bring to every client engagement.
